As mentioned before, at least the GT with the 12 speaker B&O uses the "ESE" (Electronic Sound Enhancement) as Ford calls it officially.
People like myself who installed an aftermarket amp and a better sub run into this as it adds deep tones played through the sub which then mess up the bass from...
You can just leave it out.
The basic volume is too small to let that little Polyfill you can stuff inside have any significant effect.
Other than that, no need to fix it.
Yeah, right, European, in particular German manufacturers, made emissions of their Diesel engines look like they were as advertised ... wait, didn't they have to pay Billions for wrong advertisement after the system of their fraud was uncovered?
Every company has a skeleton in the closet.
And...
For those who did not watch the video and are discussing how much better HP numbers mentioned in the video are compared to advertised manufacturer values:
In that same video the presenters say these values might be off for some reason and should only serve for comparison between these three cars...
So exhausting to see that every other day some person thinks it is necessary to open their own thread on the very same topic.
Not just too lazy to search, but obviously even to read, as that topic has a hundred threads on the first few pages of the forum.
A) to F) ...
Maybe my non native English is not good enough.
In some cases you can have a toggle appear in the menu, but it either doesn't work or once used, it would change the respective setting only once, but not backwards.
You might want to search this thread to find out more about exactly that case...
Happy for everyone improving sound with just small bucks for swapping some speakers.
But to speak up for the really cheaply made original speakers:
With an aftermarket DSP amp and a microphone for the included calibration program, the whole system sounds very good even for audiophiles.
Only the...
This doesn't answer the question.
Under which condition do you want the car to automatically lock or the other way around?
a) when walking away
b) when driving and reaching or surpassing a specific speed
Both can be set via Forscan, but the toggles, if they show up, do not really toggle.
Decide...
Do you happen to have a source for that statement?
The center speaker in a a car audio system is supposed to help put the so called stereo stage between it and the respective side speakers.
Reason being is that otherwise this stage can only be created good for either the driver or for the...
Sub "rating 400 RMS" only says how much electric power it can handle, not how much it needs.
Some subs are louder with less Watts than others.
You need to hear if there's distortion at high volume and reduce the volume. That's the limiting factor.
You can use a 100 W RMS sub on a 1500 Amp and...
I know from own experience with a Gen6 that lubricating only can work (depending on the grade of misalignment only for so long).
But it smears the top part of the rear window.
I typically have them always down when the top is down though, but I wish I had found that video years ago to do it...
Guys, forget about the lubricant fix (although the guy uses it additionally at the end of the video, that's not necessary at all because the aligned window doesn't have too much friction anymore).
It's not a design flaw, just a simple assembly flaw.
All you need is an 11 mm socket wrench...
If it's only about AS/S, just use your middle finger for the ASS-button and your index finger for the engine start button at the same time and your done.
Ford was so nice to not have to wait until engine is running or any software finished booting
We need:
A proper side view picture:
Taken from far away as to not have a fish eye look and from approx the vertical height of the head when you are sitting inside the car.
By that, the stance can be seen best.
And always steering straight.
Like so:
You need:
Have your dealer reset the...
We don't know what the engine control unit might change to the engine mapping when it thinks the hood is open, so I personally wouldn't mess with this.
