I haven't installed the Redline yet but I did check the OEM sub with my head beside it. I had a decent song and volume on. I couldn't believe how bad the performance was. It won't take much to make an improvement.
OK alignment is good. What was the run out on the shafts. Run out has nothing to do with alignment. If run out is too excessive you will get vibrations. It will act similar to a bent shaft. Another place to check is the differential as when installing shafts one would have to go into it.
The oil on the dipstick should show almost clear. If it looks dark might not have been changed. I really have to have the stick in proper light to get a good reading after a fresh change.
Be very careful as some dealers might not allocation until a certian date. You should get a conformation email from Ford in a very short period of time. Your dealer needs to be up front with you when placing an order as well as any add ons so no surprizes when closing the deal.
