If i was a betting man id say these numbers are correct. If you look at the Ranger Raptor that was detuned to less than 300hp when in US and Oz was about 400hp. So this fits in with the type of bull that would be expected from emission regulations.

Yes on these numbers, there seems little point in trading in the S550. If i had a 18 refresh model I might trade it in as the design has improved on the front end. But not worth it on the pre face lift models. Except for the Mach 1.

No problem. Yes, so the GT will likely be around 430-440hp. Problem for me with the new M2 is the styling, just couldn't live with something that looks like a Lego model.

Stopped selling ecoboost in UK due to poor sales, funny when the eco was probably built with markets like UK in mind. Ford need to get someone to do better market research.

My understanding is that all European countries are gonna get circa 450hp. I don't see why we can't at least get a half fat handling pack, one which complies with legislation.

It seems we're reaching a stage where the point in having a V8 is being destoyed by regulations, especially in Europe. Exhaust sounds are becoming more muted, power is being detuned further (apparently Eurpoean Dark Horse will have less than 450hp).......the fact it's a V8 is becoming somewhat...

Funny that in 2023 have an American trying to convince people to buy the Eco over the V8, yet in Europe (where the eco was likely produced as didn't think Europeans could stomach a V8) Ford decided to stop selling the Ecoboost due to poor sales.

Slightly disapoiointed in the look tbh, looks a bit Plain Jane. The Dark Horses I've seen videos of in the US look much more aggressive. Not sure if it's the colour of the car, video quality and/or that we are missing out on stuff.

My guess are the delays are less caused by Ford and more to do with new legislation.

If you're referring to the Euro 7 emission regulations, my understanding was they would be coming in on July 2025.
