Exhaust popping is the calling card of a moron, and shouldn’t be on a Mustang. It’s something I would expect on something like a Audi hatchback with a 2 litre turbo, not a NA V8.

I heard an ecoboost go past the other day and to be honest i was embarrased for the driver, it was not a good sound, maybe the S650 has improved on this. In the UK, Ford doesn't sell the ecoboost anymore, due to such poor sales.

There’s no debate, the S650 is an improvement over the S550 refresh/facelift which was a truly awful front end design. However I would say the S550 Shelbys and pre the facelift, is a closer contest with the S650.
