Those are pretty decent tires! I had these on my supercharged S550 except I had like 305/35R19 for my rears. Be mindful of wet weather (no, really!) I was able to get about 15000km out of them on the street before I started to think of replacing them.

It will be a little louder, especially on cold starts. I did a resonator delete and went with a Steeda H pipe. It's right on the line for me. Not sure I could handle Headers and an H Pipe and still enjoy it.
