  1. Transmission failed

Every manufacturer has their issues. Pick your poison, I guess. Not having a V8 Mustang was not an option for me at that point. I'll see how this goes and decide if it's an option going forward. All three of mine were perfect except the transmission issues.
  2. Transmission failed

I'm sure there are some blue oval techs on here that could shed some light on it. There's a youtube channel "Flying Wrenches" i think that has numerous videos on the 10R80 No prevention I'm aware of. It's literally caused by a bushing in the CDF Drum assembly that moves a few mm's, and either...
  3. Transmission failed

It started with a harsh clunking when putting in reverse or drive, delayed engagement. Then harsh shifting up and down, then some slipping, followed by searching for gears (off throttle), more slipping. The 2022 transmission failed completely as i was driving on the freeway, dumped a bunch of...
  4. Transmission failed

No, I don't think so. I think it's lurking under the surface in most though. My 2020 GT PREMIUM had zero issues, period. I bought it used and put 26k miles on it in 13 or 13 months. Traded it in with 48k.
  5. Transmission failed

Hey Mega, keep in mind there are thousands of F150's having the same issues with their A10's as well. There's even a few class action lawsuits on these transmissions. I'd like to think it's a fluke, but since this is number 2 in 2 years, and 2 cars (both brand new) for me, I think the issue was...
  6. Transmission failed

I just dropped it off a few days ago. They probably haven't looked at it yet. The CDF DRUM is the number 1 issue with these transmissions. I had a 2020 (bought used22k)with no issues . Traded in on brand new 22, which developed the issue and after numerous "repairs" transmission failed(32k...
  7. Transmission failed

After my 22 gt premium was bought back by Ford for transmission failure, I bought a 24. 9k miles in and the transmission is doing the exact same thing as the 22. I guess Ford didn't see a need in addressing the issue. It appears to be a bushing in the CDF DRUM, probably a $3 part. WTF Ford...
  8. Escalation point at Ford

I had my 22 bought back from Ford last year. The dealer I bought it from wouldn't help at all and had to go to a bigger dealer, Ford Corporate, BB Autoline, etc...... do the Google maps/review, that will wake them up quickly. They always go around my car with a tablet taking pics, and I always...
  9. How many of you........

What he said! Also quiet mode before 10am in the garage....I back in so it will scare the shit out of me if I light it up on track
  10. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

Yeah I can't figure that out.
  11. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

In my opinion the pp1 spoiler looks better. The DH spoiler looks good on the DH, it goes with the rest of the aero package.
  12. 2024 GT Premium on order

Check this guy on ebay. I bought the pp1 spoiler, color matching, and installed myself in 45 minutes. He has most colors

  15. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

Was the front splitter pretty straight forward? Is it just screws or are there clips as well?
  16. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

Personally I prefer the factory spoiler. The aftermarket ones look cheap IMO. I added the PP1 wheels from a 2020, did the tint (ceramic 35% sides and rear, 70% ceramic on windshield) the car looks great! The only thing i might add would be the front splitter from a 2024 PP1 car. That same...
  17. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

I don't know why my phone is adding so many pics. The spoiler looks great. Easy to install. You'll need 5ft of 1/2 " 3M double sided tape and rubbing alcohol to remove old tape/residue.
  18. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

It is a factory ford spoiler, very easy to install and paint matched perfect on my car, dark matter grey
  19. Changing Spoilers on a 24 GT Premium

bjessesports BMZ Enterprises LLC I bought a color matching factory pp1 spoiler on ebay. Perfect fit. LMR has a YouTube video on install. The spoiler is sourced from roush or shelby. 89Trooper has a lot of info on this
  20. No fire storm please!

Bought them on Mustang 6G Forum... they're PP1 wheels, and will fit over big brakes. You can check fb marketplace etc.... they're all over the place because most people change them for something else.
