Here in Germany at the moment it seems it's only possible when you pay the whole amount. If you want to finance it in any way via Ford Bank it's not possible because the bank haven't listed the Gen7 at the moment

I think this is the same as with the S550. For remote start you need a different key with an additional button for remote start. But then it's possible to program it. Programming remote rev might be possible with the standard key because you only need the lock and unlock button for this. But...

It‘s the OPF and it‘s not allowed to remove it if you want the car to be street legal in Europe. You can go to a tuner to get some extra power
