Turns out the catch bag under where the top folds up into was damaged and needed to be replaced. That was fixed, but they are still seeing a smaller leak, so they have to take the entire convertible mechanics out.

You need to have the Toe Hook receiver, which is not included on all builds. From what I can figure, and this not confirmed by FORD, that only the Perf Pack builds get the receiver. Check behind the square cutout before you invest in any Toe Hook License Plate holder.

As I understand it, you have until the original warranty expires to purchase an extended warranty. If that is true, I wouldn't rush to purchase the extended warranty, it's adds no additional protection right now. That all being said, I don't see Ford going bankrupt any time soon.
