Water entry point seems to be somewhere in the weather seal strip that runs along the bottom of the rear window (most likely towards the passenger side). Unrelated to the trim on either of the rear quarter windows.

This is spot on; two weeks is the magic number. I believe the FordPass app will also send a push notification (at least on iPhones) when an associated vehicle goes into Sleep Mode. Don't even need to open the app!
