They are physically NOT the same size. The 302 has an 8.2” deck height and a 351W has either a 9.4 or 9.5 deck height depending on year built. Let’s not even go down the 351C rabbit hole.

Unless you just like the X-pipe sound cancel the X and buy the H-pipe. The H-pipe has proven to make a few HP more on the S650 chassis.
