So has anybody ever heard of somebody getting X-Plan pricing from the dealer with a MCA membership of less than 90 days? I signed up today for the 1-year membership and even got my X-Plan PIN. Doesn't the dealer just need a PIN to process it?
I built my Mustang (MSRP $61K) on the website with X-Plan and got $58k.. so a $3k discount in my case. Hopefully my dealer will accept my less than 90-day MCA membership.
I'll speak to my specific salesperson again. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't even know what X-Plan was. I'm hoping I don't have to re-order as I've already waited so long but in the end I'm okay with waiting longer to save that much off MSRP.
So just got off the phone with the dealer that I ordered from and they don't even accept X-Plan pricing. I called another dealer in my area and they do accept X-Plan.
Looks like I'm going to the back of the line and placing a new order with the other dealer..
Yeah I subscribed today for a year, so either way I'm going to be a member for a year as I already paid for the entire year. I'll ask my dealer and if they won't accept it then I'll just cancel.
Yeah it's a pretty big discount then.. I placed my order in May and it's scheduled to be built the week of August 14th. Going to go ahead and cancel my order and place another one next month.
Dang if I knew X-Plan was $2k off the GT Premium I would've signed up for MCA a while ago.. it's only $35/year.
My car is supposed to be built next month and then delivered sometime in September.. it's probably too late for me to sign-up.
He got them all right except for Dark Matter Grey, which he then corrected himself later in the video. Can't really blame him, it's not a popular color. I've only seen a few pictures/videos of the S650 in that color.
Yeah I personally don't have any negative notations towards him. Seems like he interacts with his community and actually cares for them. I doubt he'd be successful if he wasn't this passionate.
