  1. Wait on delivery - X plan pricing

I told my dealer that I wanted to use X plan price after I received my MCA club letter. We had already made the original deal, but the car hadn't come in yet, but they were ok with changing it to the X-plan. To my surprise they beat the X-plan price by another 1k when we finalized the deal on...
  2. BMR SP763 lowering springs DIY install - impressions & photos

Is the cowl shake going over bumps more noticeable now?
  3. If you’re on the fence about X PIPE, listen to the sound clips in this video

I'm with you, stock sounds great. Maybe my old ears just don't like the sound of raspy exhausts anymore
  4. Ac and Heated seats

I could feel the air blowing on my butt and back when I was out yesterday with the top down and 88Āŗ in sunny FL. Did you have it turned up all the way?
  5. Recall 24S36 - Leaking Hydraulic Clutch Pressure Line

Just checked mine and itā€˜s fine. Convertible GT PP was built 10/23 if this makes any difference.
  6. PPF… Yes or No and Why?

If you trade in every few years, I personally wouldn’t. I used to go watch cars run through the lanes at the Mannheim auction in PA where every car gets its 60 seconds of fame and the difference in price between a pristine car and one that has no damage history but has average road rash is...
  7. Normal Oil Temperature for 5.0?

It’s been in low 90’s here in soflo the past few days and even redlining up through the gears my GT 6-speed, the highest I’ve seen is 199°
  8. Older guy with manual

The main reason I bought my GT is that it is basically the last V8-manual trans convertible made that isn't over 200k. Oh, and I'm 72, live in S Florida with horrendous traffic most days but I can pick and choose when I want to be on the road for the most part. At 72 there is still nothing...
  9. New blue line

Thanks that worked. After the upgrade it reset the adjustable redline from where I had it set at 7k
  10. New blue line

Yesterday was the first chance I had to drive my car since the over the air software update installed this past week. Now when I start the car, a kind of thin pixelated blue line pops up on the tach at 4000 rpm. Not only that, but now there is a telltale sweep of color that a follows the tach...
  11. Cleaning rear window in convertible

How does the IG wand work for getting down to the bottom of the windshield and in those tight side corners? I was just out cleaning my windows and had a hard time just getting to those places which now look smeared.
  12. Any OTA updates yet?

I guess I spoke too soon. With all this talk of updates, I walked out to the garage, turned the ignition on to accessories and received a notification that an update download was in progress. I thought it strange since I have it set to receive updates at 1am, but nevertheless it now says Iā€˜m...
  13. Non-Performance Pack GT Handling

That's why I would probably use progressive coil springs to lower my GT PP Magna instead of straight coils. I was just asking as to which springs you replaced the stock PP springs with. Were you going for a lowered ride height, better handling and how did you find the ride after you changed them?
  14. Non-Performance Pack GT Handling

Which springs did you replace the stock PP springs with? I'm looking to lower my PP Magnaride vert but dont' want it to ride much harder.
  15. Fuel for '24 GT

    Costco gas is Shell
  16. I haven't sold a car before, I'm about to sell my 2018, looking for advice.

I have a friend with a Manheim auto auction account. By inputting in my vin it will give me a wholesale value (not a guarantee of what the car will bring going across the auction block but usually very close) and an estimate of the retail value. This way when I go to the dealer I already know...
  17. Shipping the car

I've shipped cars and motorcycles all over the country and by doing due diiligence researching and questioning the carriers, I've never had an issue. I used Shaunessey Express to ship my mustang from Jasper Alabama to Jupiter FL. Cost me around $1300 in an enclosed trailer, yes expensive, but I...
