And I am looking forward to replacing my S550 regular seats with those S650 bi-color recaro ones, and keep the cooling/heating working. Hopefully they are compatible!
Fog lights that sit high on the the front of the vehicle are not for fog at all. They should not been turned on in fog conditions. Their beam will reflect off the fog and distract the driver further.
Functional fog lights should sit low, be angled towards the road, have a wide bar range and if...
With the Unreal engine powering all of that, Ford should finish the job and offer the option for a third dash on the left. Then the S650 can be used with a PS5 for external display, controller and realistic surround sound when playing Grand Turismo 7.
That’s the only sane explanation, given all...
What’s truly disappointing on the Ford one is that it’s not the same, it is worse. All the other ones have additional buttons for AC and the like that make the whole thing actually functionally usable while driving.
I am amazed that they got the number of physical buttons right (twice the S650 count) but foobarred it by rolling it out as one physical cramped long line. Impossible to choose the right one without focused aim!
It is the worst of digital dash turned into the worst of physical buttons. I am...
Me! Me! Meeee! I can tell it.
This picture can not be from a new Ford Mustang dashboard because it has actual physical buttons for the AC and seat climatisation.
I can already imagine the graphical user interaction « experts » enhancing the DH digital dash for track mode with this popup when you touch the AC button area: Please focus your attention on the track. For your safety, AC controls have been disabled until the next pitstop. Click the « I accept...
Indeed. Plus a white knob or something cool/different for the Tremec shifter. And the mustang logo on the steering wheel would be updated to the DH logo.
And if we like to dream: smaller bezels on the digital dashboard so that you can see more of the hood and track as you drive sitting low. And...
It could be a GT because only the GT has that front bumper.
And it could be a DH because only the DH has Blue Ember metallic.
And it could be the Cobra Jet or the California Special because only the CJ or CS needs still to hide its decal.
:inspect:
My wild guess: some regional legislation requiring that both headlights must be visible by onlookers up to a 40 degree angle so as to not confuse cars with bikes.
That’s the problem with market competition analysis. Engineering looks at the requirements coming from Marketing and say No F$&@*** Way. It gets escalated and it gets overruled. Every time.
Excuse me for asking but what does a flat bottom steering wheel provide in a mustang?
If it were a free upgrade to my current circular one, I would still keep the circular one. What am I missing or misunderstanding ?
