Well, damn. That might be why I haven't gotten the no-lift shift to work... I am usually shifting at around 3500 rpm or so during daily driving.

It might be oversensitive in your car. I have had zero issues with mine. The auto-hold does not even come on unless I press firmly on the brake when coming to a stop. I have never had it come on at 15 mph.

IMO, the hold feature is the best thing ever, especially in a manual GT on a hill.

Personally, I alternate. I wash the car about once a month, more often if it gets really dirty. I clean the interior about the same interval, so I generally don't clean both on the same day.
