It might be oversensitive in your car. I have had zero issues with mine. The auto-hold does not even come on unless I press firmly on the brake when coming to a stop. I have never had it come on at 15 mph.
That's how I ended up with mine. 2024 GT Premium, 401A package, 6-speed, Rapid Red with metallic clear coat, and blue Brembo brake package.
Someone ordered it, and then backed out of the deal. The blue brakes weren't a deal-breaker for me, so I jumped on it.
I'm pretty sure that I have the...
What is the point?
I understand the purpose, it limits the top speed of the car to the posted limit, or in absence of a scanned speed limit sign, to whatever speed you are at when you activate the limiter.
Adaptive cruise control does that, and adapts to traffic in front of you. If you don't...
It will show on the FordPass app, and you can go into the menu on the screen in the car, go to the Software Update tab, and it will show the date of the last update.
Two questions:
1) Are all the cars automatic? I have the 6 speed, and driving the course with a manual car might be more beneficial for me.
2) Has anyone does the Mustang Immersion? I'm torn between Immersion and Road Course.
2024 Mustang GT Premium with the 6 speed manual. I have noticed that I am having difficulty achieving a smooth shift from 1st into 2nd gear. From 2nd gear up through 6th, you its perfectly smooth. Going from 1st to 2nd, the car jerks. I've tried at both high and low RPM, winding it out in 1st to...
That's a little different. The MM was produced to fill the niche left by the 1994-1996 Chevy Impala, which was then filled by the Chrysler 300 in 2005. The MM had a number of issues that prevented it from catching on:
1) The concept had a 335 hp supercharged 4.6 L SOHC V8, while the production...
Same. I've always wanted a Mustang, ever since I saw Iron Eagle as a kid. Doug Masters driving around in that red Mustang convertible, flying airplanes, etc. I finally managed to pull it off at 48 years old.
To start, I had three kids and was working poor. Once I got to the point of being able...
Is that why I see fewer and fewer Mustangs on the road? It seems like you used to be able to throw a rock and hit a Mustang without even trying... figuratively speaking, of course. In my city, when I bought my Mustang, the only other newer ones that I would see were base model S550s, one or two...
Personally, I alternate. I wash the car about once a month, more often if it gets really dirty. I clean the interior about the same interval, so I generally don't clean both on the same day.
If you are running Android Auto, you can click the button that takes it out of full screen (it looks like 4 little arrows forming a box in the upper right of the screen, along the top). You can then have Google Maps (or Waze if you are a Wazer) up on the screen, and a smaller screen on the right...
