I noticed you're in Michigan. Do you plan on driving in the winter? If so, you may want to take that into consideration. You will have 170 more horses back there.
I had mentioned this vendor in a previous "no drill bracket" thread. Have one on my '16 GT Premium. Installed in October of '15 and is still going strong today. Easy to apply/attach and easy to take off/put back on.
Not sure if they make one for the 2024 yet but I have one from ccmustangbrackets.com for my 2016. Took 10 minutes (tops) to install and is a breeze to take on and off. It's been solid since I put it on in Nov. 2015.
DON'T take delivery. Do the things that need to be done NOW and buy/order another Mustang when your really ready.
Like others have said, the Mustang will still be here whether it's next year or possibly 3-4 years longer.
