I get what you're saying, but both the next gen f-150 and bronco aren't coming out until 2028/29.

I personally believe it's the EVs because those have the strongest motorsports connection, people from F1 directly worked on them, and had heavy involvement, and those are releasing in late 2026.

But I also believe a cobra gt500 style successor is likely, maybe we'll get both.

So slight update to give credit to the Mustang being the update. Ford announced today the Mustang GT3 is getting an Evo kit set to release in 2026. So we're going to definitely see the evolution at their January thing and probably either the mid gen refresh or the 500 successor

Just speculation here - but I would love to see a standalone raptor model. Something tied to but not based on the existing raptors. Something that is solely focused on off-road chops.

Ford's CEO is talking about how he wants Ford's next supercar to be an off-road supercar. Something not based on a truck or bronco.

My 2 cents, with Chevy Camaro and Dodge Charger/Challengers gone and off the table, Ford sees the opportunity to own the muscle car space, and we see the next version of Mustang GT500 unveiled in January.
