Hey yall! I need your help to decide.

I have been driving my DH as a daily for 4 months now. I snagged pretty much the first one that was delivered in my country and i got a MY2024 which means, no wing, just that annoying little lip spoiler.

My dealership promised me however to install the wing for free as soon as possible when i picked the car up in June. Point is, i still don’t have it, cause @Ford Motor Company won’t allow any dealer to order the damn thing yet (I PAID FOR IT GOD DAMN IT) and i’m starting to get very impatient. Plus i want to ceramic coat the car and don’t want to start over for a wing.

Today, i stopped by at another dealership that has more experience with Mustang tuning and is a official Shelby Importer. They told me that they could get the HP wing & splitter homologated by the TÜV and install it on my car for roughly 2000€ in less than 4 weeks.

Do you guys think it’s worth? Should i go for it?

Hello,
How is he able to get the front splitter and rear spoiler for €2000?
Just the splitter alone, the cheapest I’ve found in Europe is €1500 😱, and the HP rear spoiler in the USA is already $3000!
HP Spoiler: Levittown Ford Link
Non-HP Spoiler: ??
HP Splitter: Levittown Ford Link

If anyone knows how to get the splitter cheaper, let me know šŸ™
There are carbon splitters on Ebay, but it’s a gamble with the fitment...

I asked for a detailed offer yesterday . I should get it soon! However, it was at an official Ford dealership, so i would hope that they are official Ford parts.

My dealer told me that they don't sell HP parts in Europe, there is no reference available. So it's mandatory to get them from the US through a third-party seller, along with the associated costs.

If those are official Ford parts you are gettig a hell of a deal. You wouldn't get even the splitter if you include overseas shipping and customs.
Let us know what they say!

The already have some parts in stock. The owner imported a US DH aswell and homologated everything at the TUV. As said above they are also a Shelby importer.

They told me they could homologate both wing and splitter since the have Ford Part numbers and they could disguise them as original DH parts.

Well, well well. The 2000€ pricing was most definitely wrong. So i’m still stuck with no wing and without having the possibility to get the wing that was meant to be there when i ordered my car. Is this situation not similar to the one Ford had in Australia when they falsely advertised Mach 1 features. Could Ford be held accountable for this? The car is missing a 5000€ feature and they are still not able to offer a compensation for this.

I don't understand, the dealer who told you that they could get the part and for a good price, can only get it for an expensive price, or they cannot get the wing at all? It seemed like a done deal in your posts above.

I was waiting for the written offer, however the guy that told me about the 2000€ package was sick soon after and the other people told me that the wing already cost 5200€… At this price i’ll wait for the regular wing

That sucks, but if I'm not wrong other dealers here in Europe offered to get the proper spoiler free of charge to those who recived their cars with that ugly lip spoiler.
After all, the car is clearly advertised with the wing.

Anyway if that doesn't work, you can fix it with a few hundred bucks. I got my W2 wing and looks good, now I'm putting a mix of glossy and matte ppf on it to make it resemble the actual one.
