My car keeps popping a fuse don’t know which one. It popped last month towards the end of June at around 1400miles currently at 1800 miles, only drove it to find supplies after Hurricane Beryl and to find somewhere to stay. Went to my nearest ford dealership today just to find out my service advisor whom I been waiting to contact me when they have loaner vehicle available no longer works there. So nobody picked up his cases I guess. Talked to another advisor now they saying bring it Monday and it should take about 30-40 days to figure it out…. At this point I just want out of this vehicle this my 4th mustang and the only one that’s given me a problem.

This is the first time you've taken it into the dealership for this issue? Hate to break it to you, but they don't buy back vehicles just because a fuse has blown and they haven't even looked at it yet.

Hopefully, they get you squared away.

This is the second time. Just an inconvenience I have VA appointments that are pretty far out that I have to drive to and I start my college classes next to be without a vehicle and for something that’s gonna take a month according to the dealership, is pushing a lot that I have going on back.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

So quick update talked to my service advisor a few minutes ago. They said it seems like a bad BCM ironically the recall is for a BCM reconfiguration. They’re in contact with a ford engineer the way he explained it to me is that they’re gonna have to replace the BCM with a new one. They already had it for a week as of today and was told they only spent about an hour diagnosing it, so it looks like I’m gonna be without a car for maybe another week.
