Latest Mustang Production Key Commodity Constraints + Total Retail Unscheduled Orders (9/25/23)

There are currently 1,600 total retail unscheduled orders excluding Dark Horse, as of 9/25/23.

Retail USOB: Is the current mix of retail orders in the unscheduled order bank (USOB) at the time the report was run. The report only looks at orders that are “clean”, meaning they do not have a compatibility error, material hold or on 99 priority code.

Here's the way I understand it:
There are 1600 outstanding orders to be built (not including dark horse)

Starting at the first row:
Ford has the capacity to build 50% of those outstanding orders as GT's, but only 30% of the outstanding orders are GT's. Good news for anyone with an outstanding GT order

Moving down to the performance package row:
Ford could build 20% of those outstanding orders with performance package, but 50% of outstanding orders want performance package. So those are on constraint and those orders will be waiting awhile.

Thats my understanding, at any rate.

Where can I receive an update on my Dark Horse I ordered 6 months ago..."In ordered processing an Unscheduled-Clean" Ford needs to provide updates on all Dark Horse on order! Dennis

Hey Dennis, do you have the Handling Package by any chance? If so, and you are still unscheduled, they have announced they have delayed building these until April 2024 due to the Trofeo RS tire temperature requirements. This was also common with the Mach 1 Handling Package tires.

August was the last round of scheduling for October builds until probably February (for April build dates). Check out my thread here, including the official announcement in scheduling notes copied as a picture of the bottom of post 1. Sorry if I am the bearer of bad news, but better to be informed.
