What's the best security system for your Mustang? My Dark Horse was stolen while I was in a building. It did have some type of security system, but they got it anyway. Probably professionals. Someone's probably driving it in Singapore by now.
What area roughly do you live?

I'll have to take some better steps. At least I found a low mileage GT Premium with low mileage in my favorite color to replace it. That DH was loaded with everything you can get. DH owners pack was in the trunk. But they didn't get my pretty titanium blue shifter ball. Might put it in my mother's Mustang.
Your attitude is fantastic.
Glad you found a suitable replacement.

It highly depend of where you live.
For me (EU) the best solution is the insurance: very low (it's just a couple of hundred euro per year added to the base insurance), and they repay the whole agreed value for the year (it updates every year and you can decide to adjust it within the limits) minus 500€ (exemption).
I don't care if it get stolen or damaged, it's all paid.
I know that in some other countries/places this won't work as the insurance rates are very high or not available at all.

If my car is stolen, I don't want it back unless I catch them in the act ...
I stroked a 5 figure personal check for the chunky downpayment. I worked for that money, and lawfully acquired the property. I damn well want it back.

I paid for all of my car when I bought it and I don't want it back after some idiot(s) has likely abused it one way or another. I pay insane amounts of insurance between myself and my company and that's what it's for. They've bought me more than one new vehicle and my rates don't go up. We're all in different situations that I try to respect......try.

Nope. Their filthy fingers all over my steering wheel, nasty asses on my seats, smoking funny green stuff, doing donuts, messing up my drive line and engine. Thing was barely broken in. I never even attained the exhilarating feeling of flooring it hitting redline. And I had it for a year. Been really busy concentrating on work, school and tutoring. Only the second car I ever owned that I bought for full cash. I'm going to make sure it never happens again. May just take off GT and 5.0 badges and but a Ecoboost horse on the trunk too.

Parking lot in Dallas. And the camera was down. I doubt I'll be going to Dallas anytime soon. Worst city in the area. Where I live we have cameras all over. Guns? I'll leave that to your Imagination.

I used to live in Keller. I know the whole area. Dallas itself was my least favorite for reasons you know all too well. I was happy to leave the whole place behind.

I was born in Irving, raised and educated in Hyderabad India. I'd fly back every few years, and when I went to explore Dallas I couldn't believe how bad it was. This is why my family lives in Irving and east and south of Ft. Worth. I hear Houston is horrible. One thing about Texas is you see lots of Mustangs.
