Weak Ventilated Seats

I have the premium package with heated and ventilated seats. If I put my hand on either seat, I feel nothing on the low and mid fan speeds. I can feel a faint breeze on high. In earlier posts some people have said that is how their seats are, and some have said their fans are much more powerful. Has anyone had their weak ventilation fans diagnosed and repaired? What was the fix?

The car went to the dealer this week. They said the ventilation is performing normally and that "the seat ventilation works really badly in all the new mustangs."

The car went to the dealer this week. They said the ventilation is performing normally and that "the seat ventilation works really badly in all the new mustangs."

They told me the same, it performs normally but didn’t say they perform badly on all mustangs. For best resists you have to have the bottom on for feet and the seats will take that air, but even then it’s nothing great.

Dealer is lazy and doesn't want to work on your car. Find another dealer. My seats are good for cooling even here in AZ. You can hear them on high but only if I am not listening to music and sitting at a light. The heat is working fine also.

“Ventilated” seems to be an incorrect term. They are heated or cooled. No big fans under our seats to move large volumes of air.

I'm in a heat wave right now and my seats cool fine. Sometimes, too fine.
