Take it to a Ford Dealership. They can run the VIN to see if yours should have it. Also would be a warranty claim if missing from the factory.

The stealership I purchased from told me ALL 60th's didn't ship with it. Only 1965 of all the MY25 Mustang GT's built didn't get this part??? Its why I posted a question here asking 60th owners to take a look.
