Tire Recommendation for GT Convertible

Time to replace OEM tires; any suggestions?
Car is a '26 GT conv, PP, 6spd; will rarely, if ever, be driven in the rain.
Driving style is "spirited" but no track, etc.

Continental tires on the car when delivered are an excellent choice, If I was to choose another time I would go Michelin Pilots. I have owned many Corvettes and Pilots are great tires IMHO.

I'm thinking Michelin as well; had them on my 2020 GT and they made a huge difference vs the OEM Goodyears

What is on there now?

I see you live in California. That's a big state, with a lot of different driving conditions. What is winter like where you live?

I live in the SF Bay Area, no snow but occasionally we do get rain.
If I know it will be raining, I drive my SUV.
I'm retired but work 5 or 6 days a month

I've been rolling on Continental DWS06/+ for almost two decades. Ran them on both of my Subarus. Prior to that I ran Bridgestones, 960s, 970s and 980s. I ended up sticking with the Conti's because I found the sidewalls to be a bit stiffer. What sold me was being able to fly down 280 in a downpour at 70 miles an hour without a fear of hydroplaning. Michelin makes great tires too but they have to warm up. The Conti's are ready to go right out of the garage. I never took them to the snow but the S gives them a low temperature advantage. I like them because they hook up wet or dry. They will go on the Mustang as soon as the Pirelli's wear out

IMHO, it depends on your driving expectations. What mileage do you do you plan on driving?
Your expectation in service life. I’m a big Michelin fan, nothing wrong with Conti’s. DHP mentioned the sidewall on the Conti is stiff, which to me could affect the ride comfort. I had a person comment in the past that they put good shoes are their feet and wanted to put good shoes on her vehicle. Don’t skimp, tires are the only thing touching to road.

I anticipate about 7500mi per year
I do recall the Michelins, on my '21 GT, needing to "warm up" before getting the best performance
A stiff sidewall is a concern, but I do have the MagneRide which my '21 did not have, so maybe that will offset the stiffer sidewall?

I'm a long time Michelin fan. I'm tossing up between PS4S and PS5 on mine. But I'm curious about Pirelli P Zero PZ5's too.
