Stripes on my convertible

Finally got the stripes out on my car…

Gloss black which fade towards the front and back - exactly what I had on my S550 from the factory, but (in the U.K.) not a factory option anymore.

Note for vert owners: these are obviously designed for the fastback… so a good length of stripe not used over the roof - but more annoyingly, they’re about 2 inches ‘too short’ on the trunk lid.
However, I plan on getting some sort of lip spoiler, so they’ll actually be perfect when I do.

Car needs a clean, but here’s the back. The stripes just go across the trunk lid - not all the way down the back.

Car needs a clean, but here’s the back. The stripes just go across the trunk lid - not all the way down the back.

To me, looks wrong when I see stripes following all the indented angles and everything down to rear vallance.

Excellent this really helps, Thank you so much, I would like to have the lower strip below the grill either painted or wrapped. Just does not look finished. Hopefully getting it wrapped is faster and easier. Thanks
