is there an option to shim it to lower the the engine CG? Also the choice of Black-Oxide coating on weather-exposed fasteners seems like a REALLY BAD choice. Surely you can re-think that and go with zinc-clad or SS?

The 555-4039 can lower the motor 3/4". Bushings come in 70 and 88 durometers.
