Steeda H-Pipe Resonator Delete

I was wondering if anyone has done a resonator delete in Virginia and added an H-Pipe or X-Pipe?

I'm leaving cats on and stock mufflers just deleting the resonator, and assuming the car would still be legal and pass State Inspection.
The only thing illegal that I see in VA law is if you were to mess with Cats or Mufflers, but not Resonators.

Found out its np, and will pass inspection.

Fairfax city may grow a hair but otherwise should be ok as long as you don’t growl in excess each and everytime. Fairfax city district may be a tad stricter with noise.

I bought one when Steeda had the Memorial Day sale and installed it last Saturday. I’ve seen videos where the guy cuts the factory pipes with a reciprocating saw but if you want to spend a few bucks to get an exh pipe cutter it makes the job very clean and eliminates gouging the car (if you care). The factory resonator doesn’t look like much inside but it makes a difference. The H-pipe is louder and sounds good even sounds good in the quiet mode kind of like an old 5.0 fox body. Louder for sure in the other modes. Nice clean addition to my car. I’m not a YouTuber but I did take some pics I’ll share.
