h-pipe

I was wondering if anyone has done a resonator delete in Virginia and added an H-Pipe or X-Pipe? I'm leaving cats on and stock mufflers just deleting the resonator, and assuming the car would still be legal and pass State Inspection. The only thing illegal that I see in VA law is if you were...
