They guy who's sole job is to do customer deliveries was a great fellow. Problem is I knew more about the car than he did.
So he gave me the quick basic tour (here's how you pop the hood, here's the wheel lock thingy, etc) and he offered to help me program the Fordpass app and bluetooth.
I declined it all as i can do this on my own.
