Thanks Ryan for the reply!. Hey are you on mustang6g? =) Your name sounds familiar. I will hit the search feature and read some threads. I wonder if i buy 2026 mustang gt fenderwell liners would they come with it?Oh boy. Its been a minute since this was an everyday discussion on the Forum.
Im not sure what you mean by vendor. If you mean dealer, no, there was never a fix or one that was promised. Most people purchased one of the two aftermarket fixes and called it day. Midway through the '25 production the holes disappeared and no explanation was ever given from Ford.
Id honestly forgotten all about it until you posted this. If you want more info, just do a search on the forums. There were TONS of threads on it.

You would think ford would fix this issue or build cars without gaping holes in body. Make ya wonder?!?!??! I said the same thing, hence the reason i found them dang things. Installed the steeda jacking rails and was like WTF!!!I was wondering when I put my steeda jacking rails on why there was so much rock and leaves etc tucked up in the rocker panel area. Well something else to put on the list to purchase and install.
I also came up with my own (I think) neat and most convenient available fix for this problem. Apart from removing a screw on the underside of the vehicle, the installation literally takes 10 seconds.
I recorded a short video showing the full installation process.
If you're interested you can hit me up as well!
I would have liked those better but decided on not waiting (if correct) on product shipment from Germany. I went with the glue in option that was 20 bucks more expensive however probably faster.i recommend the ones from frank they bolt in vs glue
less messy and easier to install and remove if you ever have to remove the fender liner
i got mine last year from him
