Slight steady thump/knock while stopped in drive or reverse

So I noticed a slight steady thump/knock sound whenever I am stopped in drive or reversing slowly coming from the bottom of the car near the middle. I can hear it better inside the car or if I lay on the ground near the transmission engine area. I cannot hear it when I am driving .
it is not very loud , cant really make it out on a video , and its not a high pitch lifter tick either .
Anyone else experience this ?

I have heard a very similar knock. More pronounced from inside, lower passenger side area. Had the service tech listen, on 3 separate occasions, they think it is the resonator and it is being replaced tomorrow. How a resonator can knock, or amplify a knock, I have no idea! Makes no sense! 2024 Mustang gt with 6,200 kms.

One more thing, if you remove the air filter lids, the knock is quite a bit more audible!
