I made one of the best car deals I ever made then Ford put their employee discount on top of it. That made me feel so special, LOL! I told my dealer that all discounts would be accepted.

Do not let dealership do oil changes or you will have. Lifetime of troubles! Lol
Only issue I've had from a dealership, oil change wise, is a quart oil cap left under the hood once.
...and I've owned many vehicles.

Ordered Nov. 24 & delivered Feb. 25.

My rep said I had the price locked in even if the price went up between order & delivery. The price did go up $1,000 for premium ($51,080) over new year. I was amused that they couldn't figure out why my number was $1k lower when I went to pick up the car. I had a hard copy of the attached spreadsheet. My rep had to borrow my copy to show his boss. Evidently they just go to the same car build wizard that we all can use on ford.com.

FYI, they would not give me any discount or rebate. I paid cash. I was able to do it by driving an old fox body & saving/investing. Some co-workers & family tease me about driving an 86. Although I get more compliments & dudes asking me if I want to sell it. The finance guy said he was not used to just a few sheets instead of a stack of financing paperwork.

5 months ago I had finally decided to get a loaded 2025 Mustang GT 6MT PP.

I was about to go into my dealership when I came across online a 2024 Dark Horse Premium 6MT without Recaros or HP built in June of 2023 (a Dark Horse wasn't even on my radar at that point).

It was at a dealership 136 kms (84.5 miles) from me, sat for over a year and had 31 kms (19 miles) on it.
When I phoned to ask about it, they told me they had just shipped it to a dealer much closer to me.

The original sticker price was $83,555.00 CAD ($59.8K USD) and I managed to get it for $71,800.00 CAD ($51.5K USD).
They were very motivated to move it so they could replace it with a 2025.

On a side note, I went to the dealership last weekend to pick up the Dark Horse Owner's Kit that Ford shipped to them by mistake instead of my address.
They now have a new 2025 Dark Horse Premium 6MT with Recaros and HP.
Sticker price was $96,450.00 CAD ($69K USD).

Good deal? Not a good deal? $81,299 plus ttl for a mystichrome RTR stage 2 BUT with the added whipple. Not really a stage 3 cause it doesn't have a badge but essentially a stage 3 RTR. I think it is! Plus RTR has 4 years zero percent interest :lipssealed: I don't think I can say no!!! Plus im getting a great deal on my trade (2020 GT premium) Anyways, let's hear your thoughts.

These things depreciate fast. I thought I had it bad with my base GT, but I see it's across the board.
I got in and out of a '24 Ecoboost after 14K miles for almost exactly what I initially paid (minus tax/registration) so I thought a GT wouldn't be much worse. I was wrong.

No depreciation with my GT! Its value goes up in my mind every time I drive it. I didn’t buy it to sell. I bought it to drive and bring smiles to my face. So far it’s a winner!
