Rough ride on the s650 Magnaride after a hard road trip

Took the s650 GT vert with PP+Magnaride on a 1300 mile roadtrip and I really regret doing that. Half the trip the highway got bad, very uneven, unpaved, and the car, even with Magnaride, was bouncing for a good 600 miles, or half the trip. Now I've got a rattling noise on the mid-center or passenger side (anyone had this before and know what it could be) and the car in general feels "looser" and the ride even in normal doesn't feel as smooth as it did. I'm bouncing around and feeling every pothole. It's like driving a different car now. I already needed to take it in to the dealership for some warranty work (left dual exhaust hangs lower than the right, misaligned hood, install aero strakes, check A/C) so I'll add this to the list, but does anyone know what I should specifically be asking them to look at beyond that damn rattling noise now coming around the mid-center or passenger side? Springs, shocks, the Magnaride system itself? Any specific advice would be greatly appreciated. I love this car and I need it to drive the way it did before I foolishly took it for the trip instead of my other beater or rental like I normally do.
