Recall Search

I went to the NHTSA site and did a VIN search -- it shows no unrepaired recalls (new 2025's). Is there a site that actually displays what repairs may have been done as part of a recall?

I'm a little nervous about recall activity -- Im researching new cars on dealer lots.

I know for a fact all new 2025’s that have been on the lots will have the BCM water intrusion recall done. Especially because of the stop sale placed before the fix was available. I would just pop the hood and look at the windshield wiper cowl and you’ll be able to see some of the sealant work done and if it was done well or like they didn’t care. If you order a 2026 most likely they’ll have it sealed properly before they paint the car.

Thank you. My search has extended beyond local dealers, so I'll ask for pictures. I won't buy a hack job at these prices.

Looking at the total number of recalls in 2024 and 2025, it has me thinking hard about Ford.
