Random diags displayed on instrument cluster

A few days ago I started driving and didn't realize until well into my commute that my instrument cluster had some crazy diagnostic menu up. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I have over 30 pics, different screens, not all are great as I was on the interstate and couldn't pull over.

Yes this is just the diagnostic menu or engineering mode. Next ignition cycle and it will turn itself off. Once and while someone will accidentally hit the sequence of buttons to enable it. Cheers
