Today just noticed this paint bubble/blister in the underside of my S560 GT trunk. Can this be easily fixed or has to be repainted? Will take it to the dealership this week.

paint quality is garbage.

Looks like body sealer of some type that pushed out and painted over. They probably will scrape/sand down and repaint. Be glad its not in a very noticeable spot. I have seen this on other manufactures but not as large.

If you can’t see it then leave it …if you have ever had paint work you will understand why … unless you are paying big $$$ … it’s never perfect

Cut it off carefully with exacto knife. SAnd edges and inside area where bubble was. Use Ford TU paint and dab it into the blemish. Let dry and repeat a couple times. I would do this myself since it is inside the trunk verses dropping the car off at the dealership for days where anything could happen to it.

I had the same thing on mine. Noticed it on my first wash and dry at home. Took it back to the dealer and showed them. They fixed it, looks perfect.
