It's the same Whipple, and it's actually an optional post-title upgrade for their S650 GT350 upgrade package. Their site doesn't identify any other changes made to the motor. I suspect Shelby is demanding a 2000 mile oil change interval for no other reason than to "gotcha" the owners on warranty claims.It actually says in the manual that it recommends changing the oil every 2k miles? This is an s650 with a supercharger just like a whipple right? Does the Shelby have aftermarket parts that are much different than the general aftermarket? Because if it's same aftermarket parts that are available to everyone than there would be no reason to change oil more often ect.
