No tune needed, these gains are found from just the intake upgrade. The filter size increase and integration with the factory ducting helps to pull clean, cool air with less restriction.

The piping is larger than stock, the filter is larger than stock, the boxes are open so they allow more air to flow in hot and cold for better or worse. Its looks great honest, and I was interested in getting it, until I saw the price. $1700 bucks before tax lmfao. This is a mustang not a fricken Porsche. I had some nice carbon intakes before but those were priced around 700-$800. Awe is out of their mind on this one and thats coming from someone who spent $3k on their dark horse exhaust. They need to drop the price by about $700 bucks.

I went to it from a corsa HH pipe because I wanted more volume. Its definitely louder than just an h pipe, has a good tone to it. Although in anything higher than normal mode at free way cruising it will drone like crazy. The 5in tips look better than stock too. But yeah, its worth about 2k- want to throw my warranty out for headers to make it louder.

Yeah me either apparently. Its crazy to price an intake in the same price range as headers.

No open box here, the boxes seal to the underside of the hood. The front of the intake box has a direct integration with the factory inlet piping to allow fresh air to enter the system.

That is literally an open box intake lol. The filter is not fully enclosed by the box. I understand that they are supposed to fully seal to the hood, but they are never 100% sealed especially considering every other mustang hood comes from factory aligned different regarding height and left to right alignment. All in all im sure its a great product, just outrageously priced for what it is. After tax you’re looking at almost $2k for a fricken air intake.

For that kinda money you should’ve made a closed lid as an option.
Most open CAI never fit Giant the hood correctly.
