That product says to ‘spray on your paint surface and leave set for 30 minutes’ in order to prepare for a new sealant.
Wouldn’t you be concerned about it destroying the adhesive portion of the vinyl stripe? Have you tried it before?
If it works better than what I recommended, I would use it in the future. However, I have had success in the past with slight wax splotches on matte vinyl (previous car, not my current high-gloss stripes) using very gentle detailing as I posted. Gentleness and precision was key.
