While MCA is a large organization, it is mostly run by volunteers with a small full-time staff. I would call them to check because this is longer than normal for them.

if you joined before you bought your car you could have gotten X plan pricing.

Make a deal, get a price, then ask them what the X plan price would be, take the best OTD deal remembering the DOC fee is severely limited by Ford on X plan buys

With all due respect, what exactly were you expecting? The local clubs in your area are usually much better.

The local clubs are the heart and soul of the MCA. You can join a local MCA club without joining the MCA. Very few members of the clubs join the MCA, but if someone wants to be an officer of the local club, or attend a national event, they must become a MCA member.
Joining a MCA club is not for people who are not willing to participate. There are often numerous car shows and events that clubs are invited to. Clubs usually do a monthly cruise and a dinner run. Each club supports a charity and often gets invited to various activities..

I was expecting something after spending the money?
But have received nothing.
Nothing other than payment was processed.
No response.
It’s a 12 month membership so far now 2 months are no different than not being a member.

Sorry you're disappointed. Im not really sure why you expected a "welcome package" in the first place. Do plan on participating in club or did you just want swag?
