MPG Amazing.

Ordered my wife’s Ecoboost, Premium, Convertable May 30th. Delivered Dec 14th. I’m So-Cal.
in the early morning I took it on the 210 fwy, set the cruise at 65. Drove 22 mile to Redlands, CA turned around and drove back. 44mjkes non stop. Got 36.2 mph. I’m impressed.

Try that during rush hour. Been there, done that.

I can get up to 28 mpg on my 5.0 at 75 on the hwy if the wind is cooperating. With a tune it will be easier to get better mpg in these when not on it. I’ll have to see what 65 would do but when there is no traffic. I don’t wanna be stuck behind big rigs lol

Going 70-75 in my GT all Highway with no traffic, I can get 30-31 MPG during my 30 mile commute to work.

Do you guys find the mpg gauge on the car to be accurate?

I don't pay attention to it. I reset the trip counter when I fill up and do the math at next fill up to get my mpg.

I could get consistent 27.5 mpg @ 75 mph with a dyno tuned but otherwise stock manual 2019 GT coupe with 3.55 gears and 19x11 wheels with 305 wide tires on all 4 corners.

I expect my 2024 GT coupe will deliver incrementally better mpg stock...when I receive it.

I recently took a trip and the distance to empty verses the navigation miles were almost spot on.
