Lund racing tune - flash process?

Placed my order today for a lund racing tune just wondering what is needed for the flash process. I got the RTD4 along with the tune do I need a PC as well and how do I save my stock flash in case I need to return to it. It’s my first time flashing a car the rest of my tuning experience is done with a carburetor

No you don’t. I just installed mine from 5Star using the RTD4. Once you purchase a tune they will send you the RTD4. You plug that into the OBD2 port and read the stock file. That gets automatically sent to the tuner. Once the tune is ready (usually a few days), you will get an email at which point plug in the RTD4 and transfer the tune to the vehicle. You will need to download the TDN app (Tune Delivery Network) from the App Store once you get your RTD. It’s really easy- no laptop needed just need a good WiFi connection.

You do not need a laptop, its all done through an app on your phone. Its pretty straightforward. The stock tune is automatically saved to the app so no worries

if wifi is out of reach id assume i can use data network on my phone right ?

if not, it might look weird to the neighbours having the car parked on the front lawn with the hood up on charge to get a wifi signal
