Today i saw a GT with a wing as i was dropping off my DH. I did not know that was an option in the EU. Strange… It’s not the DH Spoiler either. Maybe aftermarket?

So glad i’ll end up with a wing on my DH, would’ve been pissed seeing GT’s running wings and not DH’s.

Ok, so i went back to the dealership this afternoon and talked a bit with my salesman. Interestingly he told me that they pretty much only sold DH’s and that GT’s weren’t selling. He also told me that Ford Europe now has a stock of built DH that they can order.
Also, they have like 4/5 in stock at the dealership ready to be picked up.

Probably a US version as the EU model does not have it on the configurator, that's the US GT wing . If it has orange side markers on the front it's also a US model sign.

It was a EU Model as it has the split taillights. My Salesman informed me that the customer ordered a aftermarket wing (from the S550) and put it on his GT.

Interesting, must be an aftermarket spoiler.
DHs dont come with the handling package, yet I already bought the front splitter and (soon) the big wing, plus the rtr hood vent.
This owner might have done the same.

After a few months of waiting, she’s finally here! I’m very happy overall.
The Recaro seats are excellent, and the sound is different from my old GT, quite loud actually. So, I don't think I'll be installing an H-pipe for now—let’s see later on once everything breaks in.
The front looks great, but it lacks the HP pack splitter for that extra aggressive touch.
The brake calipers are huge...

I didn’t want them to wash it because a ceramic coating will be applied in the next few days. I’ll take more photos once the treatment is done.

Looks great!! Let how know how it drives ecc, is it a manual?
Btw you now have different options for the front spoiler, I bought the HP one but the NYTOP isn't bad at all for me

I'm waiting for it to go under the ceramic coating before enjoying it; the paint seems very fragile, especially on the black. The gearbox is automatic.
Thanks for the link, but the HP splitter is stunning. Let's see if Ford EU can get it.

Adding one more to the order list from Luxembourg :
MY 2024.5 GT convertible, Auto transmission, Lucid Red, 19" forged rims.

Wanted to order it in March, but according to the dealer, filing the order was impossible until early May. Info from the dealer on 17 June; build date 12 August, est. delivery 26 October.

Will be interesting to see when we will get it, given some of the delays others have experienced. We managed to sell our 2018 this week, so any delays will hurt

Update 20 November:
Car was built on 12 August. Dealer called on 21 October to say that the car had arrived at the dealership. Actual arrival date at the dealership is unknown.

Let’s just say that they’re still trying to get the paperwork done. Latest prediction from the dealer is 27 November, but it remains to be seen if that happens.

Frustrating to know that your new car has just been sitting around at the dealer for a month. Zap the joy out of having made the decision to buy this year.

Update 2 December:
Actual delivery date was indeed 27 November Bad weather since then, though, but there are always bright days ahead

Have you thought about ppf too? My previous mustang had the whole front and hood covered with stone chips, unfortunately a ceramic coating won't do anything about that.

Any first thought about how it drives? You said the sound is different from your gt, can you be more specific? Im soo jealous btw enjoy that beauty!

Yes, I'm considering the PPF, especially for the front part and a section of the rear bumper that tends to get scratched on top. We'll see depending on the prices.
It's hard to describe the sound; you'll have a surprise when it's delivered.
