Kemal Curic is back on the mustang design team

For those who don't know, Kemal was the one who sketched and created the pre-facelift s550 design. He then went over to Lincoln where he penned the Lincoln Continental and aviator, and has been the head of Lincoln design for a few years.

He's back at Ford design, working in the Ford performance division specifically. So if you like the way the s550 looked, this is great news. IDK if he'll be doing anything pertaining to the s650 as most of the variants are probably locked in already, but he'll handle what comes after.

From all the new Mustangs that were presented and I was old enough to have an opinion on, the S550 was the only Mustang that I loved from the first moment it came out.
I never had that hyped feeling about the Mustang as when I first saw the S550 and I know the Mustangs from 1987 until now.

Unfortunately I didn't had enough money to afford the S550. Not even an Ecoboost. So I started to save since then until now to buy the newerd model, and here I am.

I never heard about him before, but now I have lots of respect, because he really made my mind crazy when I first saw that S550. I still remember it was a Race Red one that I first saw on the internet.

I should also add the guy who was recently appointed to run all of Ford's styling divisions was one of the main people who worked on this, and the new bronco. I don't want to get my hopes up, but design, the look of the vehicle, is by far the most important aspect to me. I firmly believe between these two very talented designers, we have a lot of look forward to when it comes to great looking Ford's in the future.
