When the Jeeper commits, the Mustang is still behind the slow mover in the middle lane. Mustang driver applied judicious throttle to move left and pass, leaving no room for passive aggressive "oh no you don't" from the driver being passed. The Mustang literally drives right into the Jeeper, who would have made it; but for the pass.
