Could be the parking brake is stuck on even after you released it. Many references here about parking brakes hanging up.

Sounds like brakes sticking. Especially if the brakes are wet when you park. High humidity. Rain.
Very common to have pads "rust" right to the rotor. It can happen overnight , and certainly after sitting several days.

I don't think you have anything to worry about, just like your dealer told you.

Ditto. Just had it happen to me yesterday, as we've had rain for three days now.
