Yes it's shadow black and it is extremely close. For the price it was a great esthetic upgrade. $116.04 including shipping. I didn't want a crazy-large Fast And Furious ricer wing.

It didn't come with the mounting tape. I used 3M Very High Bond tape. Ended up finding some at the Walmart near me but you can probably source it at auto part stores, too.
