Sometimes legit mail ends up in the spam folder.Yeah, I'm probably going to have to bite the bullet and sign up, for nothing else but to have another avenue to try and get a response out of him.
I get that it's just one guy who does everything, but I've been emailing him for a couple weeks now. I'm really trying to give him the benefit of doubt and sincerely hope that I don't have to resort to dealing with my credit card company to try and dispute a charge that was made 10+ weeks ago.
The sad part about it is that, it isn't even the wait that's the problem here. It's the lack of communication and failure to give me any kind of expectation as to how long the wait might be. A simple response to let me know what's going on is really all it would take to diffuse the situation.
