I test-rowed a 5.0 and while not awful to the point of swapping it out before the drive home, it could definitely be improved upon. Even though the shifter in the DH appears to be a much improved and shorter profile design, I did notice MGW triumphantly announce a unit to fit the TR-3160.

So do you plan on swapping it out or is it already fine as is? I have noticed some lightly optioned DH's going for less than the PP cars with unnecessary tech driving the price up. TIA preesh

Ah, you weren't saying they were triumphantly announcing a new product. That's a great unit that's been around quite some time. There's some threads here on the forum you'll find with a search. I love mine. Excellent upgrade.

I have no issues with my Tremec, never locks me out. This is the main reason I bought the DH.
No reason to mess with shifter or suspension.
Tuning and Weight loss is where my money has gone
