Where is the phone button on the steering wheel? I have a DH and I don’t see any phone button at all. What am I missing?

There isn't one - the owner's manual mentions it but the S650 doesn't have one.

PS / if there is no button - wonder why Ford haven’t bothered to update the same. Poor owner experience.

Have you tested it for ending an on-going phone call? My centre instrument cluster always is in the temp monitoring screen and ok button on it takes me nowhere - have not tested ending phone call using that button tbh. Will test - but someone else has - let us know thanks !

Upper LHS of buttons on RHS of steering wheel. The face symbol.
Pres button, say call "John Doe" someone in your address book.

thanks mate.. isn’t that for the voice prompt ? How do I just use the buttons to end call or receive a call and or make a phone call without having to ask for the voice assistant to do it for me? My focus ST has a phone button on steering which makes me access recent phone calls, end call, make call etc without having to use the voice assistant.

It seems all the glitches so far you could write a book larger than the manual. I have never seen as many as any vehicle in 75 years. A good portion is probably because I’m not as savvy as most.
