Hartman Aero makes some of the best CF wings, splitters, etc.... All of his aero products are wind tunnel tested as well as personally tested on the tracks (National NASA Champion) along with being advised by some of the best aerodynamic experts around. Otherwords, his stuff is pretty good. My splitter, diffuser etc all came from him.
